Management

On behalf of clients we succesfully managed their subsidiaries in Asia. With our employees and partners, all engineers with many years of international management experience, we quickly adapt to the goals of our clients. Each of our staff is accustomed to working efficiently and focusing on lean, results-oriented management.

Engineering

As engineers, we quickly and comprehensively understand technical products and their interrelationships. For some of our Asian clients, we also handle import, warehousing, and customs clearance. Together with our partners, we support product quality assurance and certification, as well as the installation of test benches, for example, in the automotive industry.

Accounting

Since we handle all financial activities, such as annual financial statements and payroll, internally for all our affiliate companies, we have in-depth accounting knowledge. This is particularly advantageous in Project Steering and Due Diligence.

Networking

We are able to quickly open doors, as we already do for numerous clients who want to enter a European or Asian market or expand their market share.

Local Presence and Marketing

In India, China and soon in Vietnam we are represented by own staff. We communicate in German, English, Chinese, and Turkish language. Our local colleagues takes care that we adapt our work to the local market and culture. Especially when it comes to organize and motivate HR their advice is indispensable.
