Interim Management

In various situations, a company needs qualified individuals short-term filling temporarily a gap in the management.

Decision to engage an Interim Management for subsidiaries or departments can have different reasons and the challenge is finding suitable persons, which quickly and smoothly integrate into the company structure.

Reasons for an Interim Management can be that

  • a new head for a subsidiary cannot be decided short-term,
  • a special, timely-limited management is needed to optimize certain parts of the company,
  • objective information has to be gained by a neutral team,
  • somebody has to organize products, HR and market strategy after merging of two companies, or
  • during the start of a new founded company or department only a basic management is required.
